The filling of your Spanakopita has been fully cooked prior to freezing. The pastry crust will bake through in the time it takes to reheat the filling.
- Pre-heat oven to 375°
- Remove and recycle plastic lid
- Place Spanakopita(s) in aluminum container on a sheet tray or directly onto oven rack
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is fluffy and golden
