Mushroom & Greens Lasagna (Vegetarian) - Individual


A creamy vegetarian lasagna made with our own egg pasta, tomato sauce, bechamel, and pesto and lots of cheese as well as mushrooms and greens from Green Table Farms, Hepworth Farms, and RI Mushroom Co.

This lasagna comes frozen and is generous single serving.

Heating Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°
  2. Remove and recycle the lid
  3. Place the Lasagna(s) on a sheet tray or directly onto oven rack
  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until mozzarella top is bubbling
