Off-Premise Culinary Manager

Dianna’s love of food stems from her background growing-up in Ohio. Her grandparent’s farm was nearby and her parents had an extensive garden where the family grew the all vegetables you could possibly want. Dianna was surrounded by many good cooks, especially her mother. It’s where she developed a love for good food.

She has been cooking professionally for most of her adult life, with a culinary career ranging from restaurants to corporate and executive dining, as well as private clients and catering. She graduated from the French Culinary Institute in 1995 and has worked with Mary Cleaver and Cleaver Co since 1999.

She loves spending time in her perennial flower garden and dancing (sometimes at the same time).
