Bar and Beverage Manager
Born and raised in the Lower East Side of New York City, Michael has been working in the restaurant and catering industry for over a decade, much of that time with Cleaver Co. He has held a variety of positions with Cleaver Co, including Bar Captain of off-site events and Lead Bartender with the Green Table and has spent the past year in his most recent position of Bar and Beverage Manger.
Michael has earned the WSET Level II as part of his ongoing wine education and knows the importance of a well-crafted cocktail. His interests include photography, record hunting, camping and imbibing with friends, old and new.
